At Aura Buds, we aim to deliver your order smoothly and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Customer Details

Customers must ensure that their address, contact number, and delivery details are entered correctly at the time of placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery failure.

2. Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Details

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, phone number, or customer-provided details, the responsibility will be on the customer.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery, the order will be canceled.

  • If advance payment was made and the order is returned due to customer error, a penalty of PKR 200 will be deducted from the refund.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery time may vary depending on location or courier service conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Customers can request their tracking ID by contacting our support team after the order is dispatched.
