At Aura Buds, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund & Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product. A legitimate and valid reason is required for all refund or return requests.
2. Product Issues & Replacement

If the product has a manufacturing defect or functional issue, a replacement will be provided.

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Conditions
A refund will only be issued if the product is found to be seriously defective, damaged, or in unusable condition.

The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Items that are used, mishandled, physically damaged by the customer, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Inspection Process
All returned products will go through a quality inspection. Refunds or replacements will be approved only after verification.
