Refund Policy

At Aura Buds, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund & Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product. A legitimate and valid reason is required for all refund or return requests.

2. Product Issues & Replacement

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or functional issue, a replacement will be provided.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Conditions

A refund will only be issued if the product is found to be seriously defective, damaged, or in unusable condition.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Items that are used, mishandled, physically damaged by the customer, or not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Inspection Process

All returned products will go through a quality inspection. Refunds or replacements will be approved only after verification.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor cosmetic issues

  • Damage caused by improper use
